What Does It All Mean?

Many men and women have spent months, or even years, collecting information about trusts, status correction, State Nationals, SPCs, PMAs, ministries, common law, the UCC, and public versus private.

The information often comes from different teachers, uses conflicting language, and promotes one structure or filing as the answer for everyone. That leaves serious questions unanswered:

What does each concept actually mean?

Is this stuff legitimate?

What result is expected?

Is the proposed action necessary for the stated goal?

What comes first?

How can the information be applied without creating greater confusion, conflict, or unintended obligations?

This training brings the scattered pieces into a larger framework so discernment can replace reaction and informed action can replace uncertainty.

PILLAR 1 - Structure

The Reality: Most people are trying to use "old world energy" - fighting, suing, and begging for freedom to solve a problem that is spiritual and jurisdictional. Fighting the beast makes it stronger.

The Urgency :See the larger map of the public and private systems. Explore where trusts, FBOs, PMAs, status correction, State Nationals, Secured Party Creditors, the UCC, common law, contracts, and capacity belong, and what each can and cannot accomplish.

The purpose is not to teach every subject in two hours. The purpose is to reveal the landscape so each subject can be evaluated within the proper context.

PILLAR 2 - Foundation

The Lie: The "NAME" game. You were tricked into acting as a corporate fiction (the DEBTOR), a transmitting utility for a state that doesn't exist. You have been bowing to servants who have no authority except what you grant them through your own silence and fear.

The Lawful Foundation: A foundation does not begin with purchasing a trust or filing another document. It begins with faith, purpose, capacity, relationships, property, activities, agreements, duties, obligations, and the words governing every interaction.

Explore the questions that must be answered before establishing a private association, faith-based organization, ministry, trust, or other structure.

PILLAR 3 - Action

Receive the Private Foundation Map:

Move from collecting information into responsible application. Begin with the goal, identify the relationships involved, recognize the public and private elements, examine the agreements being created, and determine the knowledge, foundation, or professional support required next.
